         Who are we? 
         &#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    
          What are we here for?  
         &#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    
          These are the questions that we ask ourselves and they keep us up late at night. If we are really honest, we can get stuck in a whole season, even a lifetime, working to find an answer. We see others ignore these questions, while others have the questions answered by someone else (employer, political party, media, ect..). 
         &#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    
          At CFEN, we are value driven. 
         &#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    
          Every decision, action, and interaction are based on our core values. Yes, other businesses and corporations have values that sound great to shareholders, but our values are meant to be so much more. If I’m being honest, they were born out of pain, and lots of it. They were created in hurt, loss, and suffering of living a life we didn’t want to be living. 
         &#xD;

    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    
          These values maybe simple, but they took a lifetime to be written.

    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    
          If we wanted to summarize them, we would say “No Wasted Days”. All of us, including myself, act like we have time. This is the biggest lie we tell ourselves. Yes you’re young, despite whatever age you might be. But we never know when it will be our time. 
         &#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    
          I’m not trying to be extreme or morbid, I’m trying to be honest, and honestly I want to be a part of something that makes a difference. I look at these values, and think “If an individual followed this in their lives, they would be a kick ass individual.” Now imagine a community embodying these values. How would the world look then? 
         &#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    
          That’s something I want to see.
         &#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    
          When it’s our time, we will look back at our lives and how we spent  it. I want to be able to look at my family and community and say - “There were No Wasted Days.” 
         &#xD;

    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
