I’m a full-time coach at CFEN with a passion for helping people grow both inside and outside the gym. My athletic background started early while competing in swimming, triple jumping in high school, and dancing for over 22 years. Movement has always been a huge part of my life, but my journey into fitness truly changed when I began healing my own relationship with food and the gym.
Through that process, I found a deeper purpose: helping others build confidence, strength, and a healthier mindset. After three years in CrossFit, I’ve fallen in love with coaching and the impact it has on people’s lives. Today, I’m committed to guiding my athletes to push past their limits, celebrate their progress, and become the strongest version of themselves, physically and mentally.
